The following videos* make up roughly 70 minutes of content, demonstrating the underlying assumptions and basic principles of the Theory U framework and its methods. You’ll find some supporting material here and free online tools for implementation in your context here.

FROM EGO TO ECO: THE THREE DIVIDES

Video 1-4 deal with the basic underlying assumptions of Theory U and Presencing, including the current moment we are living in, the blindspot in leadership, and what is needed now to address our global challenges.

THEORY U FRAMEWORK

4 LEVELS OF OPERATING

Video 7-9 zoom in on the four levels of operating and how they practically apply in our day-to-day contexts. With a focus on listening and conversation, in-depth explanation is given around how the four levels show up in our interactions and in ourselves.
